Q: Where are you located, will I have to pay sales tax?
A: We are in Twin Oaks, Oklahoma about 60 miles east of Tulsa. We only charge sales tax to Oklahoma residents at the rate of 5.5% locally -or- at the current rate of the city and county of residence according to state law. If you are an Oklahoma resident, the tax rate shown during checkout may have to be adjusted in order to meet the state requirements.
Q: What is your minimum order?
A: There is not any type minimum order requirement that needs to be met. We gladly accept and appreciate any business you do with our company.
Q: What is your minimum shipping charge and what options are available at that rate?
A: Standard shipping charges for engines, battery chargers and /or parts totaling over $200.00 will qualify for free shipping. For orders totaling less than $200.00, we have a standard flat rate charge of $8.95 per order. At our discretion, we will ship to any residential or commercial address within continental U.S. borders, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We normally use common carriers such as UPS, USPS Priority Mail, Fed-Ex and others, such as we are able to determine to be the quickest and most cost effective option for a given address and order. You are welcome to call us at 918-868-5612 if you wish to discuss special shipping arrangements, but must do so before placing your order.
Q: I live in Alaska or Hawaii, why can I not purchase from you?
A: We do not ship out of the continental US for several reasons. We have had excessive loss and damage claims with common carriers. Also, our territories that our suppliers allow us to ship to are limited and exclude Alaska, Hawaii, APO Addresses and foreign countries.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most parts orders ship the same day when the order is placed before 1:00 p.m. central time. Although we stock thousands of parts and replacement engines, we often find it necessary to ship to you from a factory or distributor warehouse. In the event this happens, you may see a 1 or 2 day delay. Most orders will arrive in 2-5 business days.

Q: Why do I need a commercial address for engine deliveries?
A: We ship many engines over 70lbs by truckline. The transportation companies require a commercial address. This can not be a home, home based business, church, school or prison. Any address with limited access can not be used. We need a good address for a business open normal business hours with a sign up and someone always available to receive the shipment during normal hours (8-5). Example, lumber yard, auto parts store etc.. If you can't provide a commercial address, please call us and we can arrange to hold at a truckline dock for you to pickup
